Artist Statement

Inspired by Anthony Bourdain, it’s about cutting through the noise and returning to what truly matters—being fully present, living fully, and recognizing that life is short. We are the chefs in our own kitchens, and we get to choose the ingredients that nourish our souls and fill our plates.

A reminder that death sits at every table—but so does the chance to live fully. This piece challenges us to choose boldly, savor deeply, and never skip the sweet things in life. Order the damn dessert.
